Scot A. Haugen appeals from a judgment of conviction, based upon a jury verdict of guilty, of the offense of theft of property in violation of section 12.1-23-02(2) of the North Dakota Century Code. Finding no obvious error, we affirm under Rule 35.1 (a)(3), North Dakota Rules of Appellate Procedure.
