In the Matter of the George B. Ferebee Residuary Trust
Gierke, Justice.
George W. Ferebee has appealed from a county court decision that (1) continued, until April 30, 1990, the George B. Ferebee Residuary Trust's lease of pasture land to Clifford B. Ferebee; (2) authorized the Trust to build a fence to separate pasture land owned by the Trust from a tract of land owned by George W. Ferebee, "in order to enhance the marketability of the trust land by either lease or sale as future conditions may warrant;" and (3) refused to authorize sale "at this time" of the land owned by the Trust.
AFFIRMED under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(4).
