Levine, Justice.
Silver and Carol Ziebarth appeal from summary judgments of foreclosure in favor of Farm Credit Bank of St. Paul. The Ziebarths' affidavits resisting summary judgment contained conclusory statements not supported by specific facts sufficient to raise genuine issues of material fact under NDRCivP 56(e). Accordingly, we affirm under Rule 35.1(a)(6), North Dakota Rules of Appellate Procedure.
