Garry Uran appealed an amended divorce decree increasing his child support payments from $100 per month for each of two children, to $300 per month for one child, and $500 per month for both when the second child "has returned to reside permanently with her mother." Garry argues that the trial court's decision was clearly erroneous. Evidence showed that Garry's earned income had increased from about $18,000 annually to over $26,000 since the first support judgment in 1987, that Garry's second wife was "contributing substantially" to Garry's "current living expenses," and that his former wife's earned income had decreased from $15,000 annually to about $11,000 since the first support judgment. We affirm. NDRAppP 35.1(a)(2).
