Levine, Justice.
Hearing Aid Institute, Inc. (HAI) appeals from an amended judgment which awarded $1,715.50 to Kristin Jo Geck, as well as $250.00 for attorney's fees incurred by Geck in resisting HAI's frivolous postjudgment motion.
On appeal, HAI challenges several findings of fact as well as the award of attorney's fees. We affirm pursuant to Rule 35.1(a)(2) and (4), North Dakota Rules of Appellate Procedure.
