Kevin Kanski, doing business as Dakota West Pumping and Trenching, appealed from a district court judgment affirming a Job Service North Dakota decision determining that services performed by Ken Kanski and Carol Basaraba constituted employment and that payments for their services were wages subject to the unemployment compensation tax. The judgment is affirmed. NDRAppP 35.1(a)(5).
