In the Interest of P.C., a Child
Per Curiam.
P.C. and his parents, J.C. and I.C., appeal from an order of the juvenile court declaring P.C. a deprived child and temporarily transferring custody of P.C. to the Director of Stark County Social Services for foster care placement.
Having reviewed the record in this case, we conclude that there is clear and convincing evidence that P.C. is a deprived child and that the trial court did not err in temporarily placing P.C. into foster care while his parents have the opportunity to improve their parenting skills. We conclude that the analysis and decision in In Interest of K.R.A.G., 420 N.W.2d 325 (N.D. 1988), is controlling, and we affirm the order of the juvenile court under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(7).
