Justin Stoltz appeals from a jury verdict entered in the Burleigh County Court convicting him of driving a motor vehicle while his driver's license was suspended, a violation of Bismarck City Ordinance No. 12-10-06. In accordance with Rule 35.1(a)(3) and (7), N.D.R.App.P., and State v. Tininenko, 371 N.W.2d 762 (N.D. 1985), we affirm.
