Klepetka v. Jelinek
Per Curiam.
Adolph Jelinek and Leonard Jelinek appeal from a money judgment entered against them and the trial court's orders denying their motions for new trial and reconsideration and vacation of judgment. We affirm the trial court's orders and judgment under NDRAppP 35.1(a)(2) and (4).
