In re Estate of J. J. Moch, Deceased
Per Curiam.
Patrick Moch appeals from the denial of his claims against the estate of Joseph J. Moch, his father. He argues that the trial court's denial of his claim for the care of cattle, at least partially owned by his father, between 1975 and 1990 is clearly erroneous. The evidence supports the trial court's findings of fact, which in turn support the trial court's conclusion. NDRCivP 52(a); see also In re Estate of Raketti, 340 N.W.2d 894, 901 (N.D. 1983); and In re Estate of Thompson, 191 N.W.2d 578, 580 (N.D. 1971). We summarily affirm the district court's ruling pursuant to NDRAppP 35.1(a)(2).
