Defendants-Appellants appeal from an order of the Burleigh County District Court denying their post-trial motions for judgment as a matter of law and for a new trial. The order is affirmed under Rule 35.1(a)(3), (4), and (7), N.D.R.App.P. Barnes v. Mitzel Builders, Inc., 526 N.W.2d 244, 246 (N.D. 1995) (explaining the standard for reviewing denial of post-trial motions for judgment as a matter of law and for a new trial).
