Per Curiam.
Jacqueline Cerise Hawley appeals from a district court judgment affirming a North Dakota Department of Transportation decision revoking her driving privileges for one year. She claims the Department erred in finding that Highway Patrol Trooper Lonny Hulm had reasonable and articulable suspicion to investigate her vehicle.
We affirm under Rule 35.1(a)(7); State v. Hawley, ___ N.W.2d ___ (N.D. 1995) (Criminal No. 950111, Nov. ___, 1995).
