Ronald D. Lutze appeals his conviction of delivery of a controlled substance, a class B felony. The judgment is affirmed under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(3), (4), and (7); State v. Murchison, 541 N.W.2d 435 (N.D. 1995).
