Per Curiam.
Robert Tschaekofske appeals from the District Court's judgment affirming the Department of Transportation's suspension of his driver's license for driving a vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor in violation of N.D.C.C. 39-08-01. We affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(5).
