On Petition for Rehearing from Opinion filed December 20, 1996.
On petition for rehearing, Trollwood asserts this Court "overlooked relevant portions of the record in ruling that the record did not contain information regarding Trollwood's 1987 assessed valuation."
What we said was:
"Although the parties have referred to a 'frozen appraised value' of $1,766,700 for the property, this record does not include a 1987 'assessed valuation,' which may have triggered the written notice requirement for the 1988 assessment."
Our statement is correct; the 1987 assessed valuation is not in the record. Trollwood in essence argues there is indirect evidence in the record from which this Court might speculate on what the assessment may have been.
As we did in our main opinion, we decline to speculate here. The petition for rehearing is denied.
