State v. LeBlanc
Criminal No. 960171
Per Curiam.
Lisa M. LeBlanc appeals her conviction of reckless endangerment, a class A misdemeanor under NDCC 12.1-17-03, challenging the sufficiency of the evidence for the jury's verdict. She contends that her firing of a shotgun into the air within city limits did not create a substantial risk of serious bodily injury or death to another. We affirm under NDRAppP 35.1(a)(3).
