Wittmayer v. North Dakota Workers Compensation Bureau
Per Curiam.
[¶1] Richard Wittmayer appeals the Workers Compensation Bureau's order dated July 17, 1996, awarding him disability benefits only until his release to return to work in light/medium level work. Wittmayer claims the Bureau erred and should have continued to pay benefits "until the date of any medical release for his return to work as a bartender" as specified in the Bureau's order dated June 20, 1995. The Bureau's order dated July 17, 1996, is affirmed under Rule 35.1(a)(5), N.D.R.App.P.
