State v. Leppert
[¶1] Mark and Sharon Leppert jointly appealed from their Judgments of Conviction of the crime of felonious restraint issued by the Stutsman County District Court. The Lepperts challenge the weight and sufficiency of the evidence underlying their Convictions. The Judgments of Conviction are affirmed under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2).
