Dietrich v. North Dakota Workers Compensation Bureau
Per Curiam.
[¶1] Larry Dietrich appealed from a district court judgment affirming the North Dakota Workers Compensation Bureau's dismissal of Dietrich's claim for benefits because it was not timely filed. We conclude the Bureau's decision is supported by a preponderance of the evidence, and we affirm the judgment under NDRAppP 35.1(a)(5).
