[¶1] Loren Gajewski appealed from the judgment of the district court dismissing his case for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Because the appeal was filed in the wrong county, we summarily affirm the district court's judgment of dismissal under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(6).
