The North Dakota District Court Case system, which houses all district court case information and some municipal court case information, is undergoing a complete change over to a new and improved system.

Over the course of the next 20 months, each county and its associated court case data will be transitioned to the new system. During this timeframe, court case information will be located in either the old system or the new system, depending on upon which county you are searching for.

NOTE: In order to search the entire state you will need to access both the old and new sites. Currently Cass and Traill counties have been converted to the new system.
