RE: Time for Making Post-Judgment Motions

At the last meeting, the Committee extended the time from 10 to 15 days for making the following post-judgment motions:

(1) Renewal of request for judgment as a matter of law after trial, Rule 50(b), N.D.R.Civ.P.;

(2) Motion for new trial by a party against whom judgment as a matter of law has been entered, Rule 50(c), N.D.R.Civ.P.;

(3) Motion for amended findings by the court, Rule 52(b), N.D.R.Civ.P., and

(4) A sua sponte motion by the court for a new trial, Rule 59(i), N.D.R.Civ.P.

To achieve consistency, should the time for making a motion to alter or amend the judgment under Rule 59(j), N.D.R.Civ.P., and the time for making a motion for attorney's fees under Rule 54, N.D.R.Civ.P., also be extended from 10 to 15 days?
