Judge Lautt attended Tabor College in Hillsboro, Kansas, earning a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Political Science, History, and Religion in 2007. Following his undergraduate studies, Judge Lautt worked in the United States Senate as a committee staffer for Senator Gordon Smith of Oregon.</p> <p>Judge Lautt returned to Kansas and began law school in 2009, earning his Juris Doctor with Dean&rsquo;s Honors in 2012.
