U.S. District Court updates COVID-19 order Friday, April 22, 2022

The United States District Court for the District of North Dakota has updated its Administrative Order re: COVID-19.

The updated allows the CARES Act provision authorizing expanded us of video conference and teleconference for hearings to expire.
