Rule 17. Power of Court to Revoke or Suspend Admission

Nothing in these rules limits the power and authority of the Supreme Court to revoke or suspend, after due notice and hearing, the admission of a lawyer to practice in this state for fraud or material misrepresentation in the procurement of admission or license to practice.
