Request Bar Application

To request a copy of your bar application, send a written request to:

There is a $10 charge for a copy of your bar application. Your check or money order should be made payable to the ND Supreme Court. 

The materials will be sent to your business address on file (unless you tell us otherwise) upon receipt of the fee.
