Relicensure

Any person applying for a license to practice law who has been previously admitted to the bar of North Dakota, but has not secured a license for more than one year anytime after the date of the person's admission to the bar of North Dakota, shall file an application for licensure with the Board. See, Rule 8, N.D. Admission to Practice R.

If it has been less than one year since a license was secured, only payment of the annual license fee and completion of the billing statement is required.
