Presiding Judge John Irby, on behalf of all of the East Central Judicial District Court judges, has appointed Daniel Gast as a judicial referee and magistrate.
Longtime Grand Forks attorney Henry Holland Galloway Sr. died Dec. 29, 2019. A graduate of the UND School of Law, he was admitted to the N.D. bar in 1957.
