Former Minot attorney John Skowronek died Sept. 11. He was a graduate of the UND School of Law and was admitted to the N.D. bar in 1986. Funeral arrangements are pending.

Longtime Bismarck attorney William "Bill" P. Pearce died Sept. 13. A Northwestern University law graduate, he was admitted to the N.D. bar in 1971. His funeral will be held Saturday, Sept. 25, at the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit in Bismarck.
