The Judicial Nominating Committee has selected three nominees for the open seat on the bench in the South Central Judicial District: Jessica J. Binder, Hazen; Paul H. Myerchin, Bismarck; and Pamela A. Nesvig, Bismarck.July bar examination underway
The North Dakota Bar Exam began Tuesday, July 30, with 82 applicants, 67 of whom are University of North Dakota School of Law graduates, sitting for the exam.
