The courthouses in Billings, Cavalier, Dickey, Dunn, Foster. Grand Forks, Kidder, LaMoure, Logan, McIntosh, Ransom, Richland, Rolette, Sargent, Steele, Traill, Walsh, Ward, and Wells counties will be closed on Thursday, Dec. 15. Barnes County will close at noon, Griggs and Stutsman at 2 p.m. and Cass at 3 p.m.
