SECTION 12. CODIFICATION OF LOCAL COURT RULES

12.1 Local Court Procedural Rules and Administrative Rules must be codified (titled and numbered consistently) and published periodically in a convenient form by the State Court Administrator and shall be made available to the judiciary, bar and public.

12.2 Whenever possible, all Rules directed to a common subject shall be grouped and numbered together. Whenever references to related Rules appear desirable, they should be provided.

12.3 References to decisions of the Supreme Court and comments of the Supreme Court may be included as a note in the codification and publication of each Rule.
