SECTION 4. REQUEST FOR STANDING Committee STUDY

4.1 As an alternative to the procedure described in Section 3, any person interested in a procedural rule, administrative rule, or administrative order, may file with the Clerk of the Supreme Court a Request for Standing Committee Study.

4.2 Each Request shall state the reasons for requesting standing Committee study of any rule or order or modification or repeal of any rule or order. It shall include a draft of the proposed or amended rule or order and be accompanied by supporting documentation.

4.3 The Clerk shall assign each Request to the appropriate standing committee listed in Section 8.
