RULE 10.2. COMPLAINT AGAINST A MEMBER OF THE SUPREME COURT

Effective Date: 7/1/2025

A. Proceedings Generally. A complaint against a justice of the supreme court shall proceed in the same manner as a complaint against any other judge except as set forth in this Rule.

B. Any complaint proceeding that would ordinarily be before the elected supreme court will instead be heard by a special supreme court as contemplated in Rule 23.1.

Rule 10.2 was adopted, effective July 1, 2025.
