North Dakota Legal Self Help Center Closed to All In-Person Traffic Until Further Notice

The North Dakota Supreme Court Law Library is being renovated into a shared workspace that will include a mostly-electronic law library, Central Legal staff, the North Dakota Legal Self-Help Center, and the Judicial Branch Information Technology department.  The Law Library and North Dakota Legal Self Help Center are closed to all in-person traffic until the remodel is complete.

You may still request civil court process information from the North Dakota Legal Self-Help Center by email, phone, or mail.

The North Dakota Legal Self Help Center can provide information about civil legal process in North Dakota state courts to people who represent themselves.  The Center can’t provide any legal advice or act as your attorney in any way.
