8th Circuit decides N.D. accident cases Thursday, March 5, 2020
In separate appeals involving the same North Dakota incident, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit has remanded one case for lack of diversity jurisdiction and the other for new findings and conclusions on the allocation of fault.
