The 8th Circuit decided N.D. case Joe Whatley, Jr. V. Canadian Pacific Railway Co., noting it was reversing "the district court’s denial of Canadian Pacific’s motion to apply the judgment reduction provision and remand for a complete reduction of the judgment against Canadian Pacific."
