8th Circuit decides N.D. case Tuesday, September 22, 2020

The United States Court of Appeals has issued a per curiam opinion in a North Dakota sex abuse case. The court decided that the defendant's appeal waiver was enforceable and his appeal issues fell within the scope of the waiver.
