8th Circuit decides N.D. case Friday, March 12, 2021

The United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit has affirmed the district court's decision in a North Dakota prisoner civil rights case. The court held that the district court did not clearly err in its credibility findings in awarding judgment to defendants.
