8th Circuit decides N.D. case Tuesday, August 3, 2021

The United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit has issued an opinion in a North Dakota case. The court affirmed the district court's order affirming the bankruptcy court's order denying claims for unauthorized taxes assessed on PW's and creditor Carlson's accounts through wagering with debtor Racing Services.
