8th Circuit decides N.D. case Tuesday, August 10, 2021

The United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit has issued an opinion in a North Dakota sex discrimination case. The court held that the district court erred in dismissing, for failure to state a claim, this action by the members of the University of North Dakota women's hockey team alleging the University's decision to terminate the women's program violated Title IX.
