8th Circuit decides N.D. case Monday, December 13, 2021

The United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit has issued a per curiam opinion in a North Dakota sentencing case. The court held that the sentence imposed upon the second revocation of defendant's supervised release was not substantively unreasonable.
