8th Circuit decides N.D. case Monday, April 11, 2022
The United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit has issued an opinion in a North Dakota federal sentencing case.
In United States v. Bradshaw, the court held that the district court did not err in denying defendant's motion for a First Step Act sentence reduction because he was convicted under 21 U.S.C. Sec. 841(b)(1)(C) and was not eligible for First Step Act relief.
