8th Circuit decides N.D. case Wednesday, May 25, 2022

The United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit has issued an opinion in a North Dakota case.

The court held that a defendant's sentence was without procedural error, and the sentence imposed was substantively reasonable.
