School aged children in Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin are encouraged to submit an essay, poem, video, photograph, song, or piece of art on the importance of the Bill of Rights. -
