U.S. District Court issues updated COVID-19 order Thursday, October 22, 2020

The United States District Court for the District of North Dakota has issued an updated administrative order. Under the order, effective immediately, all jury trials presently scheduled to start between October 27, 2020, and November 30, 2020, in the District of North Dakota are continued. The order does not impact the Court’s hearing schedule.
