U.S. Supreme Court opinions: March 3 Thursday, March 3, 2022

The United States Supreme Court has issued two opinions.

The court held that the Court of Appeals erred in denying the Kentucky attorney general’s motion to intervene on the commonwealth’s behalf in litigation concerning Kentucky House Bill 454.

The court held that the Ninth Circuit’s judgment that the District Court erred in dismissing a discovery request on the basis of the state secrets privilege is reversed, and the case is remanded with instructions to dismiss the discovery application.
