Courthouses closed Monday due to weather Monday, December 30, 2019

The Dickey, Foster, Grand Forks and Stutsman County courthouses will be closed Monday, Dec. 30, due to the weather.  Cass and Sargent County will open at noon and Barnes County will open at 10 a.m.
