Qualifications: Position requires a minimum of two years post high school legal secretary education plus three years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience at the time of hire.

Duties: Maintain files, schedule appointments, communicate with the public.  Draft and type charges, judgments, orders revoking probation, motions, letters, discovery materials, pre-trial memos, and proposed jury instructions.

$37,005 - $38,500 DOE starting salary range

Full time job eligible for full benefits package.
