County clerk offices to close early July 23 Friday, July 23, 2021

On July 23, the Pembina County Clerk of Court office will close at 10:30 a.m., the Rolette County clerk's office will close at 11:30 a.m.  and the Cavalier County clerk's office will close at noon for the investiture of Judge Kari Agotness.
